Making HACCP Accessible

We built HACCPGen AI because we kept seeing the same problem. Small food manufacturers—12-person operations, artisan producers, growing brands—were being quoted $3,000 to $8,000 for HACCP plans, then waiting weeks for them to be delivered. One Reddit post we found described paying $4,500 for a plan that needed updating, then being quoted another $2,500 for revisions. That's not a business expense; it's a tax on being small.

The irony is that HACCP follows a defined structure. Seven principles. Predictable inputs and outputs. It's not creative writing—it's structured regulatory documentation. That makes it ideally suited for the kind of AI that understands both the regulatory framework and the specific product/process details you provide.

We fine-tuned our system on real HACCP plans and FSMA references because we take compliance seriously. You're responsible for implementing your plan and working with regulatory bodies—but generating that plan shouldn't require a consultant budget or weeks of your time.
